CHANGE OF PLANS

The trip has been moved up to 8:45am.

Do not tarry.  People will be waiting for you.

Take your boats and gear to the PUTIN FIRST!!!

Then go to the CITY PARK to catch the Dial-A Ride bus for the shuttle by 9:15.

The putin is here:

The City Park is here:

Be on time. We don't want to make these people wait for us.

Thanks.

**********************************************

We'll go down to the Golden Cedar River and do a cleanup with folks
from Little Forks Conservancy, the Gladwin Conservation District
and, hopefully, some local folks, too.

This is our 5th year doing this project and we know how to do it with the fewest screw ups.
All the roads are paved and there is ample parking for many cars.

DISREGARD - See Note Above

*************Let's meet in the parking lot of the Burger King at 9:30am.**********

DISREGARD - See Note Above

It's 110 miles to Gladwin from Traverse City.

Give yourself time to get there on time.

Please bring your own paddles and pfds.

I can bring 4 canoes, 8 paddles and 8 pfds for other folks.

Let me know if you need me to.

We will have some fun on this "best kept secret" of a river.

The local bus service will provide us a shuttle so all the cars will be at the takeout.

The BRCS is buying lunch at BK when we are done.

Bring BK coupons if you have them.

My number is 231-392-2023 - Call me if you need to.

See you there.

The Gladwin Conservation District and Little Forks have taken this project on as
an annual event and will lead it in the future after this year.

The BRCS and TAPC is happy to be able to assist them in continuing this project.

Let us know your T-shirt size when you sign up.
