Monday - Friday,
8:30 AM - 7 PM Eastern Time
Note: We are limiting the numbers for this particular cleanup, since we'll be using private property for our takeout, and we want to keep the number of vehicles down. This section isn't very long - it takes about an hour to paddle if you're not looking for trash. So it will take us about twice as long to hunt down any non-native debris. It's the part of the Boardman that seems to get the greatest number of people tubing (as well as paddling), so we'd like to get it spotless before the hordes arrive this summer.
Note: we plan to run the shuttle at 12:30 PM. Bring your usual paddling gear and a grabber stick. If you don't own one, I have extras - let me know if you need to borrow one. Don't forget ropes for the bow and stern of your boat, and your PFD. I will bring a few big trash bags; please bring some small ones. If you would like a BRCS tee shirt, talk to Norm. Be aware that there is road work on the new roundabouts along Keystone Road, so plan accordingly. Right now, southbound traffic on Keystone is prohibited!
