May 20 Jordan River

Eight members met at Shirley's in Mancelona for brunch, and then proceeded to the Jordan to paddle from Grave's Crossing to Rogers Road, where we met up with the remaining two participants.  People included John & Lois, Mike & Betty, Marlene & Marv (the shuttle bunny), Jane from Mason, Deena, Sara and Jocelyn.  No problems on the river - a mass of marsh marigolds, and a few fun twists and turns.  Highlight occurred at our rest stop at Webster Road, where Mike didn't get out on river right with the rest of the group.  John remarked that it was handy for Mike to have on his spray skirt since it looked like a loincloth and did people notice how long it had to be?
