Manistee River Sharon-M66, October 7

Nine paddlers joined me on this gray, yet beautiful day.  The still developing fall colors provided a muted illumination along the river.  It was warm enough and we were spared any significant rainfall.  Our only company were two fishermen who sat in an anchored boat as we passed by.   Big thanks to Marvin Puska for providing our shuttle.  Some went to Fife Lake after to eat.  (I'm going to ask John Heiam to add photos to this report.)  The other participants were Deena, Mike, Tracie, Ron, Lois, Marlene, Linda P., Betty.
