Paddle from the Forks

Nice day for a paddle.
Paddlers Margaret H, Brad H, Susan D, Jacqui M and Brad G showed up for late morning shuttle.
Weather was sunny and warmish. Nature was showing off her beauty for us all day. Water level high, south of 12". Current swift, Strava track pace at nearly 5mph at times. Many snags and pile up strainers. We had one wet butt and one fish hook through skin and one boat pinned in a strainer. The large pile up was just past Ron's River Shack. Margaret nimbly picked her way over strainer to the boat from down river, carabinerin hand. The plan was to get rope across river into Margaret's skilled hand. Jacqui was our rope wrangler, using her training she got rope across 30' of river into Maraget's hands on the first try. Margaret deftly attached carabineer and somehow attached this to the bow..... Susan and Jacqui pulled boat free. From the point Margaret was ready for the rope toss the recovery unfolded quickly and we were back on water.
Thank you to all.
