The summer solstice is at 6:34 PM EDT so this will be the last paddle of the spring and the first of the summer.

We'll have a leisurely paddle on the Platte at a time of day when it is not crowded in order to enjoy a nice summer evening.  Meet at the canoe launch for the Upper Platte at the intersection of M 22 and Lake Michigan Road.

Afterwards, we are planning on going to Joe's Friendly in Empire if you would care to join us.
