This section of the Manistee river was my first trip with the club, first time in any kayak and began my love of rivers and paddling. Come join me for a trip down memory lane on a fun stretch that includes eddies, spinners, and some exciting riffles. We may spot wildlife along with hikers up on the bluffs. We will group up for a short snack stop or just munch as we drift depending on the desires of the participants. Please arrive and be ready to run the shuttle at 1pm.
