Manistee: CR612 To M-72
This section of river is 9 miles long which should take 3.5 hours. We will launch on the south side of the bridge. The meeting time will be sent to registrants. Please let me know if you will be carpooling.
Driving Directions:
Manistee River and 612 Access
Drive east out of Traverse City on M-72 to the stoplight in Kalkaska. At the light continue straight onto 612. Drive east for 6.5 miles to the stop sign. Turn left and remain on 612. After two miles, turn right remaining on 612, and drive east approximately 11 miles to the Manistee River.
