June 11, 2013 - Upper Platte River Cleanup
Unfortunately, some of the photos from this trip were lost.
It was another nice day for a river trip. John M, John W, Tracie, Fred and Judy, Marv and Marlene, and Norm met at Veteran's Park at 9:00am.
We got on the river at around 10:00am. We had a good time and the work was fun, too.
We were very successful in getting a lot of trash out and it was so heavy at the end that it took two of us to get it in the dumpster.
A Special Thank you the Rod and Mary Joe Mead for letting us use their property to park and takeout.
